Estimator - Project Manager

Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to collaborate with our team on upcoming frameworks and projects with Northern Ireland Water, Uisce Éireann (Irish Water), Local Authorities and blue-chip clients across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The role will be primarily based in our office in Castlewellan with regular travel to our works locations required, and will include project management, engineering support, estimating, and tendering, pre-construction management and programming.

Remuneration
A competitive payment package commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered. Training will be arranged as appropriate. This is a full time position.

Qualifications & Experience
A recognised degree in civil engineering or construction related discipline is required. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and possess a minimum of three years’ experience in a related role, candidates of greater experience would be preferred.

Health & Safety Officer - Manager

Position
Seeking an opportunity to advance your career in Health & Safety management within the Construction industry? Nuline Utilities currently has an opening for a Health & Safety Professional to join our team, dedicated to delivering exemplary service to blue-chip clients across Ireland. Based primarily at our Castlewellan office, with regular site visits across Ulster and Leinster, the role involves close collaboration with construction teams in water, gas, civil engineering, and building sectors. Responsibilities include championing and refining our Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental Management systems, crafting Health & Safety Plans, conducting Site Audits and Training sessions, participating in Project Meetings, and offering support in tender and technical writing.

Remuneration
A competitive payment package commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered. Training will be arranged as appropriate. Full time hours is preferred though Part Time arrangements will be considered depending on the Candidate.

Qualifications & Experience
A 3rd level degree in a related discipline and/or a recognized professional qualification in health & safety management are required. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, from recent graduates to seasoned professionals.
